Book an Assessment

One Message Is All It Takes to Get Started

You don’t need a referral, a diagnosis, or a perfectly worded question. If something about your child’s development is on your mind, message us — that is the whole first step.

All bookings at Starwalkers are handled personally by our team. No self-service calendars, no bots — a real person who listens to your concern and matches your child with the right therapist and the right assessment.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I book an assessment?

WhatsApp or call +971 56 448 1678. Tell us your child’s age and your main concern — our team handles everything from there. WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us.

Do we need a referral or diagnosis first?

No. You can book directly with a concern — no referral, diagnosis, or prior reports needed. Parent concern alone is reason enough to check.

Can we book online instead of in-clinic?

Yes. Assessments are available in-clinic at Dubai Healthcare City or online for families elsewhere in the UAE and internationally. We will recommend the right format for your child.

How much does an assessment cost?

Fees depend on the type of assessment your child needs. Message or call us and we will explain the options and pricing clearly before you commit to anything.

What ages do you see?

We are a pediatric clinic supporting babies, toddlers, children, and adolescents — from early intervention through school age.

Should both parents attend?

Whatever works for your family. Many families find it valuable for both parents to hear the findings first-hand, but one parent or caregiver is absolutely fine.

Should we tell our child anything before the visit?

Keep it simple and positive: they are going to play with someone new who loves the things they love. No preparation or practice needed — we take children exactly as they arrive.
