Meet the Starwalkers Team

Every therapist at Starwalkers Clinic works the same way: child-led, play-based and neurodiversity-affirming, with no ABA. These are the people your child will actually spend time with — four speech-language therapists and a senior occupational therapist, all DHA-licensed, all under one roof in Dubai Healthcare City.

Nazma founded Starwalkers to build the clinic she wished existed for neurodivergent children: one where scripts are treated as language, sensory needs are respected and every child is presumed competent. She is the first certified Natural Language Acquisition (NLA) trained therapist for Gestalt Language Development in Asia.

She specialises in supporting gestalt language processors, detailed AAC assessment and device trials, and apraxia and dyspraxia support, with a strong focus on sensory and emotional regulation as the foundation of communication. Through her webinars and courses on neurodiversity-affirming practice she has trained and guided more than 1,000 professionals and families worldwide. At the clinic she sets the clinical direction and works directly with families alongside the team she mentors.
